Shikokairou (思考回廊)
About the show
A talk show designed for continuous release, focused on practitioner knowledge in the startup space.
We designed release and operations as one piece, so each episode connects into deep discussion within the technology community.
The primary listener is someone who makes decisions across both technology and business.
Within the show, we structure dialogue around the iteration people actually went through on the front line — not abstract know-how.
Design highlights
The three design points covered below, summarized:
| # | Highlight |
|---|---|
| 1 | Theme unified around “iteration in practice” |
| 2 | A standard operating flow for recording, editing, and publishing |
| 3 | QA-thread operation anchored to the episode |
- Theme unified around “iteration in practice”
- A standard operating flow for recording, editing, and publishing
- QA-thread operation anchored to the episode
1. Theme unified around “iteration in practice”
By narrowing the theme to “iteration” rather than “success stories,” guests can speak openly about failures and uncertainty.
This stabilizes the series identity.
It also naturally connects the post-listen community discussion to “how do I handle this in my own context?“
2. A standard operating flow for recording, editing, and publishing
We templated planning → recording → editing → publishing → retrospective so quality stays stable regardless of which operating-team member runs it.
Sustainability came first, and the format converged on the minimum operational load.
3. QA-thread operation anchored to the episode
Within 24 hours of release, we post “an episode summary + one prompt” into the community.
This is now a fixed practice — designed to make the episode the starting point for community discussion, not a self-contained listening experience.
Intended outcomes
- Sustained knowledge sharing
- Higher quality of prompts inside the community
- Easier catch-up for new participants

Frequently asked questions
- Q. What kind of show is 思考回廊?
- A. A talk show in which decision-makers from startups and operating companies discuss the "iteration of real practice" across technology, organization, and management. It is designed to take ongoing in-community discussion as the starting point and channel it into an outward-facing show.
- Q. Where is the show distributed?
- A. Spotify is the primary platform. The show page is at <https://open.spotify.com/show/0asTHATYLt8B8jRNDshJFs>.
- Q. How is it linked to community operations?
- A. We run a QA thread inside the community anchored to each episode, giving participants a path to dig deeper into the questions raised in the show. The design treats episodes not as "listen and done" but as starting points for discussion in their host community.
